Katapult is an organisation built on the flexibility offered by home working with the vast majority of our teams working from home. To contribute towards the reduction in domestic carbon usage we run an incentive scheme to encourage staff to switch to 100% renewable suppliers.

Decades of booming economic growth and technological advancement has had a detrimental impact on our wider environment and as a population we’ve felled trees, consumed dirty energy and destroyed habitats. As a company focussed on sustainability we wanted to go further than simply consuming green energy. We sought to give back to the planet in a way which actually mattered and we ended up stumbling upon Trees for Life.

We loved (and still love) everything they stand for; the revitalisation of forests and associated wildlife. This is more than planting trees (which are often destructive to neighbouring ecology), this is about restoring and extending natural forest habitats through native tree planting, the removal of non-native species and providing space for wildlife to flourish. As a company how could we not support that!!
